The topic for our February seminar was on the current market and trends in the Cyber Insurance sector and the mitigation or risk control factors which can be put in place.

The seminar was presented by Conor O’Leary.  Conor was an IBM Systems Engineer for 16 years before moving into the Business Continuity area where he spent another 7 years and subsequently moving into his current role as the Channel Manager for Ireland for Sophos Cyber Security.

The presentation included issues such as the recent attacks on government departments and the health service.
